You have the right to cancel the purchase agreement (your online order) within 14 days (2 weeks) without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after you or a third party specified by you who is not the carrier obtains physical possession of the goods.

How does it work?

Notify us in writing (letter or email) within 14 days of your decision to cancel your purchase agreement (online order), always include your online order number, and send the goods to us as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after the day you informed us of your decision to cancel the agreement (online order), or you may hand it over in the store.

When returning your online order (the products), please send them to us unused and in their original packaging, along with your online invoice (or state your online order number), and indicate whether you want to exchange (for example, for a different size) or receive a refund of your purchase amount.

The purchase price will be returned immediately (within 14 days) when the products are received. (The refund is processed in the same manner in which you paid for the order.) You are responsible for the direct expenses of returning the order (the items). You are accountable for any depreciation of the items caused by usage that exceeds what is required to identify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.

If you send us something back, please provide a clear description of your intentions, such as exchanging, returning, refunding, or repairing. Please notify us ahead of time to avoid needless shipping and delays, and send the package to:
